Patrick founded Lily’s Promise in 2013 to honor the dedication his mother Lily demonstrated to those closest to her. Originally born in Montreal, Canada, he migrated to Florida to start Lily’s Promise in 2014.

He’s the “numbers guy” of our operation. From an early age he developed a passion for entrepreneurial activities. At the age of 7 he went door to door selling cereal boxes his father had bought in bulk for him. Throughout his teens, he had a successful mobile disc jockey operation.

He graduated from UCLA’s Andersen Business School with a Master’s in Business Administration. In the early part of his career, Patrick worked as a computer analyst, travelling the world and providing computer expertise to Fortune 500 companies looking to upgrade their information systems. He started his own computer consulting company at the age of 28.

15 years ago he shifted to real estate ventures. He specialized in a turning around poorly performing real estate properties.

In 2008 Patrick was looking for a way to apply his business talents to an industry which is socially significant. That’s when he got involved in the turnaround of a 200 unit retirement community in Columbus, Ohio. Once completed, Patrick turned his efforts to Lily’s Promise.

Patrick is known for his integrity, compassion and business sense. Even as a young boy, his innate compassion was evident. The family house had 5 cats and a dog, mostly strays he found on the streets of Montreal. Today, his dedication is evident and clearly visible after just one visit to Lily’s Promise.

Lois has a varied background in health and wellness. She worked at Sarasota Memorial Hospital for 22 years as an R.N. With experience in Intensive Care, Oncology and Medical Surgery.

In 1996 she started working with a nutraceutical company where she started to lean more toward alternative medicine, expanding her knowledge of supplements and essential oils.

In 2009 she took the position of Administrator of a nurse registry where she worked with Hospice and people with disabilities. Essential oils were used in the treatment of some of these patients. That is where the love for essential oils started! Lois became a certified Aromatherapist and Certified Health Coach. She started doing raindrop therapy at 941 Wellness until she retired in 2017.

After 3 months of retirement, boredom set in so she started to study cognitive decline to help a friend with early onset Alzheimer’s and became fascinated with the possibilities of turning this disease around if caught early enough.

Then, in 2022, having heard of the positive effects of residential care homes on seniors afflicted with the disease, she joined Lily’s Promise. Lois has had the good fortune of loving her jobs over the years, so she never works!

At Lily’s Promise, we set the bar high when it comes to the level of care that we offer. That is why we select our caregivers very carefully. Some of the characteristics we look for are innate love for seniors, integrity, reliability, level of experience and social skills. Our standards are high so that your loved one receives the best care possible.  Our leadership team are seasoned veterans in the senior living industry with, on average, over 20 years of experience.
